Job description:
● Work (import, export and transform) with data in CRM platform and Marketing tools.
● Communicate (Call, send SMS or email) with customers based on product customer journey plans.
● Prepare CRM reports.
● Follow up with customer needs and problems.
● Analysis CRM projects and customer journey performance.
● Respond to customers in online chat tools.
● Categorize customer questions and answers provided and add to FAQ.
● Design and send text messages through corporate customer communication platforms (Social media, SMS, email).
Requirements
● At least 1 year of experience in CRM, Marketing, or any other customer-related work experience.
● Office & ICDL especially Excel.
● High accuracy, discipline, and commitment.
● Good expression in conversation with customers.
● Ability to make active calls with customers.
● Ability to categorize.
● Key person and a good helper in family and friends.
● Good-hearted person and you are looking to solve problems around you.
● Responsible person and follow up your task until it's done.
● Accurate and patient, and enjoy working with software.
● Appropriate writing: the ability to write texts to communicate with customers in SMS and phone calls.
● Good in expressing and communicating with other.
● Experience in work with CRM platforms.
● Extract reports from recorded data.
● Data analysis.
● Familiar with principles of content production.
● Familiar with social media marketing.
