Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for actively managing internal and external stakeholders, monitoring and advocating for a fair regulatory framework, conducting CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and CI projects within company objectives, and performing internal and external communication activities. Areas of responsibility: Internal and External Stakeholders Management: ● Perform stakeholder mapping and evaluate each one’s influence on the business. ● Build up sustainable relations with them while considering company policies and promoting compliance with the company. Corporate Affairs Written Communication: ● Prepare company positions and advocacy letters with reliable arguments on regulations to make sure a fair structure and regulatory framework are shaped for the business. Implementing Corporate Affairs strategies: ● Stablish, conduct, and follow up community investment and corporate social responsibility projects based on company strategy. Cross Communications: ● Perform global and local communication campaigns to express the JTI brand and to make sure all company targets, values, and news is completely spread across the company.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Communications, Administration, or Law. ● At least 5 years of professional and relevant experience in the same positions. ● Strong communication and presentation skills. ● Powerful leadership and relationship management skills. ● Effective negotiation skills with the ability to reduce misunderstandings and increase engagement. ● Excellent verbal and written English communication and consulting skills. ● Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
