Job Description

● Collect and document data (graphic diagram, data analysis diagram, video, and images). ● Define technical tasks in Backlog, User-Story, Test Cases and Use Cases of each EPIC. ● Follow up on work items and any planning in the product development process. ● Implement and supervise Scrum processes in the product team. ● Work with UX tools and data analysis.

Requirements

● Familiar with product development processes with agile methodology and team task management tools. ● Getting to know the principles of User Experience, User Research, Persona, and User Journey. ● Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate communication between the business team and the technical team. ● Ability to fully document the requirements of technical tasks. ● Familiarity with user behavior analysis tools (Hotjar and Analytics). ● Familiarity with Agile and Scrum. ● Getting to know the concepts of software development. ● Familiar with product testing processes. ● Ability to understand the problem and provide a solution.
