● Preparing and arranging identical contracts in a standard format and obtaining financial and legal approvals from relevant experts.
● Examining and announcing expert opinions regarding the contracts sent from the units and compliance of the proposed contracts with the legal and financial standards, etc.
● Preparing and adjusting the database of contracts and extraction and presentation of statistics regarding concluded contracts (tenders and auctions).
● Providing the necessary guidance to the contacts of the units.
● Commenting on the draft contracts for the purchase of major items and public service activities and supporting and complying with their legal aspects and guarantees.
● Setting up an electronic archive.
Requirements
● At least three years of work experience.
● Proficient in English.
● Proficient in Excel software.
● Preferably having work experience in household appliances.
● Teamwork spirit.
