Job Description

● Prepare contract drafts for purchasing goods or services. ● Review the contracts provided by different clients and leave proper and effective notes and comments on the draft at the tender stage to safeguard the interests of the company. ● Attend contract negotiations at different levels. ● Lead the negotiating team whenever required. ● Cooperate with the other members of the department effectively, and act as a solution provider in critical cases.

Requirements

● Have knowledge of tax and finance regulations in contracts. ● A sense of responsibility to answer colleague contract-related questions. ● Strong attention to detail. ● Time management and able to meet deadlines. ● Self-motivated and proactive. ● Experience over 5 years in the field of contracts. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law. ● Strong and determined personality. ● Solid understanding of legal and contractual terminology. ● Problem-solving contract-related issues. ● Have good computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
