Job Description

Content Specialist (Internal Communications): The mission of this position in Zarrin Roya is to execute the communication projects between the organization and colleagues in order to increase commitment and improve colleagues’ attitudes and satisfaction levels toward the organization. Responsibilities: ● Carry out the required measures and prepare the necessary reports from the organization's social networks, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. ● Prepare and edit the textual content. ● Execute the communication projects in order to improve the organization's communication with colleagues and vice versa. ● Execute the organizational culture improvement projects.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Media, Journalism, and other related fields. ● At least three years of related experience. ● Proficiency in writing and preparing the text content, preparing the content calendar, searching on the web and social networks. ● Fluent in English, especially writing. ● Outcome-oriented, consumer-oriented, and accountable. ● Effective communication skills.
