The mission of the consumer research specialist at Zarrin Roya is to understand consumer needs and concerns for the design of products.
The main tasks can be listed below:
● Study needs of consumers and potentially affecting product features.
● Design qualitative and quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the Product Life Cycle.
● Develop and evaluate data collection methods including reviewing and auditing the questionnaire.
● Schedule the timing of the projects and facilitate delivery of material for research.
● Data Analysis and creativity in data interpretation using statistical software.
● Listen and track the voice of consumers on social media and CRM data.
● Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts.
● Prepare presentations, write reports, and make actionable recommendations.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, and related fields.
● Excellent communication and coordination skills, cooperative attitude, and organized and accurate.
● Good computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
● Familiar with marketing and marketing research concepts.
● Professional negotiation skills.
