Job Description

● To search for competitive compensation and benefits trends (local and global) within various industry segments. ● To assist in the development and optimization of employee welfare, and non-cash benefits programs and prepare related reports.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Software Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. ● At least 2 years of experience in human resources with a concentration in C&B. ● Experience working in a medium to large organization.
