Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced electronics goods Commercial Manager to join our company! As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for all commercial activities and management of our commercial team. Responsibilities: ● Managing the execution of purchase orders until the complete delivery of goods in a successful manner. ● Negotiating with sellers to inquire about prices and provide suitable conditions for purchase. ● Arranging contracts with sellers registration. ● Handling shipping and clearance of goods and all matters related to purchasing. ● Following up on all banking matters related to the purchase, including documentary credits. ● Controlling accounts between the parties of the contracts and funds paid to sellers. ● Providing weekly reports on the company's purchasing process. ● Identifying and negotiating with new purchasing sources. ● Following up on administrative matters related to supervised personnel. ● Preparing, arranging, and carrying out administrative correspondence related to the commercial department. ● Planning to improve the quality of the company's services in the field of foreign purchases as well as relevant personnel.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● At least 5 years of useful work experience in foreign purchases of electronics goods. ● Up-to-date on CRA rules and regulations. ● Up-to-date on Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade rules and regulations. ● Negotiation skills. ● Continuous follow-up skills. ● Sufficient mastery of computer, internet, and email. ● Fluent in English.
