● Monitor foreign markets and continuous identification and evaluation of foreign suppliers and buyers.
● Establish and develop cooperative, strong, and sustainable relationships with suppliers and foreign buyers to reduce costs and increase flexibility against market changes.
● Negotiate with selected foreign suppliers and buyers in order to reach an understanding of the conclusion of the contract and follow up and monitor the conclusion of the contract.
● Follow up and monitor the implementation of the company's obligations contained in the contract with suppliers and foreign buyers and prepare a report to present to the beneficiaries.
● Prepare bank forms and letters.
● Obtain import and export permits and clearance.
● Carry out all matters related to international transportation and insurances related to the transportation of goods.
● Carry out and track foreign currency remittances.
● Supervise customs affairs and clearance and export of goods and related activities.
Requirements
● Master's degree in Business Management or Industrial Engineering.
● At least six years of work experience.
● Proficient in English and international business correspondence.
● Familiar with the construction industry and knowledge of the business field.
● Proficient in Incoterms and international trade rules and regulations.
● Proficient in international contract framework.
● Proficient in financial and banking affairs in the field of international business.
● Proficient in international transportation methods.
● Mastering the steps of import or export of goods, order registration, customs affairs, and clearance of goods.
● Full familiarity with NTSW and EPL comprehensive business systems.
