The commercial expert is responsible for the following tasks:
● Taking care of the purchase orders received from the internal departments of the company.
● Looking for new sources of materials, instruments, and equipment.
● Doing the commercial paperwork and correspondence.
● Negotiating with the suppliers to get the best offers in terms of price and quality.
● Getting preformat Invoices from the suppliers and preparing the related commercial reports.
● Following the company procedures to get the necessary permission for purchasing the required items.
● Obtaining the import licenses from a reference organization (MOH-MOC).
● Following up on the customs clearance process.
● Delivering the items to the related departments of the company.
● Sending the necessary documents to the financial department of the company for payment to the suppliers.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or an MBA graduate.
● At least 5 years of experience as a foreign commercial expert.
● Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
● Familiar with the Import regulations, customs formalities, and INCOTERMS.
● Perfect command of English.
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
● Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
● Ideal age range: 27 to 40 years old.
