Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic commercial expert who is excited to help us to shape the future of the business. To succeed in the role, the candidate should have the enthusiasm and the ability to communicate effectively. Responsibilities: ● Follow up on the company's internal purchases such as order placement, PI collection, commercial registration, currency allocation, and bank-related tasks. ● Coordinate with resource identification unit to provide samples immediately. ● Handle warehouse receipt collection, endorsement, declaration, custom duties, ● Negotiate faster-than-usual delivery of needed items so the company’s operations go uninterrupted. ● Archive documents. ● Follow up on the banking affairs of foreign purchases. ● Carry out activities about banking. ● Contact the key people authorities to get currency and required permits for products. ● Be up-to-date on current regulations and monitor applicable changes in related organizations.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in related fields. ● At least 2 years of experience in the field of importing medicine or medical equipment. ● Knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting commercial activities. ● Good command of computer skills (especially Excel). ● Able to work in needed extra times. ● Ideal age range: 25 to 35 years old. ● Good knowledge of English to check and reply to commercial emails.
