Job Description

Commercial Expert (Food, Pharmaceutical, and Cosmetics Industry): ● Being in contact with the European suppliers regarding, pricing, invoicing, shipments, and lead times. ● Handling the import permissions, including Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Health, getting IRCs and following up the banking process for getting foreign currency allocations for imports. ● Getting the freights, handling the shipment process and custom release process (via 3rd party custom agents). ● Determining the quantity and timing of the deliveries. ● Monitoring and updating purchase orders as well as tracking of the costs and delivery dates to compare them with the agreements.
