Job Description

● Import medical equipment. ● Prepare import files, starting from pro forma invoice registration in the Ministry of Commerce. ● Produce, control, and proofread all the shipping documents such as packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, invoices, and cargo insurance. ● Monitor and track precisely the shipments with forwarders and transport companies to ensure on-time shipments and delivery of goods from origin to destination. ● Be in contact with the suppliers, shipping lines, representatives, and foreign agents for the delivery schedule. ● Monitor customs clearance steps and progresses through the EPL system.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering. ● At least 2 years of experience. ● Fluent in English. ● Fluent in import affairs. ● Teamwork skills, communication skills, and interest in learning.
