● Order registration in the comprehensive trading system NTSW. ● Receive the necessary licenses for import from the relevant organizations. ● Coordinate with the bank to obtain currency allocation and insure goods. ● Purchase currency from an exchange office in the Nima system. ● Coordinate with international transport companies. ● Pursue receiving commercial documents from a foreign seller. ● Receive warehouse receipt, clearance, and bill of lading from the shipping company. ● Pursue obtaining the necessary licenses for customs clearance of goods. ● Track and monitor all foreign orders from the country of origin to the company warehouse.
