Job Description

● Perform and coordinate all commercial activities such as sourcing, negotiating, and ordering to make the best purchase. ● Supervision of the customs clearance procedure by the associated service provider. ● Supervising and coordinating the shipment of goods with the supplier and forwarder. ● Supervising the order registration process with the Ministry of Commerce and NTSW. ● Obtaining CRA approvals for order registration and custom clearance processes. ● Document control, and making sure all required information and documents are in place. ● Length of probation period: 1 Month. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursdays: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. ● Based in Tehran, Ahmad Qasir Ave.

Requirements

● Working experience as a commercial expert. ● Familiarity with NTSW, EPL, and CRA portals. ● An acquaintance in ordering, banking process, customs, and clearance. ● Mastery of Word and Excel. ● Good communication skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and manage work through prioritizing. ● At least 2 years of experience in related fields.
