The objective of the role: This job vacancy has been created in order to support our newly established office in Istanbul. The responsible person will be the point of reference for all queries, requests, or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce. List of responsibilities: ● Do administrative and clerical work. ● Business correspondence and negotiation with customers and suppliers. ● Assistance to CEO with project tasks. ● Organizing documents and files. ● Documenting financial information. ● Reporting to: The CEO. ● Location: Istanbul, Turkey (the person must already live in Istanbul or be ready to re-location). ● Working hours: Mon. - Fr. 8:30 -17:00; Sat: 8:30-14:00. ● Length of probation period: 3 Months. ● Travel requirements: Yes. ● Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or other Business relevant fields. ● Any relevant certificates to International Trade. ● At least five years of work experience. ● Fluent in Turkish and English (Must). ● Fluent in INCOTERMS 2020. ● Fluent in International Trade Documentation (Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin). ● Knowledge of International Shipping Terms; International Methods of Payments. ● Fluent in MS Office and Photoshop.
