Job Description
Main Responsibilities: - Ready to have a business trips around Country and over Borders - Search for new supplier's in regard with new business - Getting in touch with suppliers and being the contact point of the company - Getting issued Preforms from Suppliers - Insuring the goods - Registering the orders at the web site of Ministry of Commerce - Coordinating the shipment and booking containers (depends on terms of delivery) - Getting shipping documents and preparing to present to customs - Getting arrival notice from shipping agencies, - Getting the DO (Delivery Order) from shipping agencies - Sending the Shipping Documents to our brokers for clearing the goods - Organizing the local transport of goods to factory or the customers - Receiving the Detention Notices from Shipping Agencies - Entering the data's of Shipping Documents to the System software - Preparing reports in order to lead time of orders, weekly-order-reports
Requirements
Important Notice for this position is: ***Nationality Preference: Binational or None Iranian*** - University qualifications : BSc And MSc level candidates - Previous experience : 4 to 6 years working experience in import and export companies - Specialist knowledge : Import Expert, Negotiation skills, English translation verbal and documented, Order registration, Foreign purchase - Other Skills : Energized and welcoming to new challenges, Team work supporter - Ideal Age Range : Age from 25 to 38 - Gender Preference : Female - Language Skills : Must be fluent in English - Current Residence : Tehran - Iran
