Job Description
● Documenting shipping documents ans all correspondence except (importation approvals) with Bank, MOC, MOH, EXCHANGE, Customs, FIPA, and Ershad. ● Follow up on cargo insurance. ● Prepare requests and send them to the insurance company. ● Receive insurance. ● Follow up on insurance payment. ● Receive DO, and warehouse receipts from the shipping companies. ● Prepare all needed documents. ● Prepare documents for brokers: scanning and sending. ● Receive broker bills and cheques. ● Follow up on import trackers. ● BEHYIN YAB follow-ups. ● Notary office follow-ups (power of attorney, certified copy). ● Syndicate pricing jointly. ● FIPA registration jointly. ● Perform all commercial department-assigned jobs.
Requirements
● At least 3 years of experience in business development. ● MBA preferred but not necessary with relevant experience. ● Knowledge of the administrative process of the Ministry of Commerce. ● Knowledge of the central bank. ● Knowledge of customs. ● Advanced knowledge of trading rules. ● Advanced knowledge of English. ● Advanced knowledge of Excel. ● Strong communication and presentation skills. ● Responsible and trustable. ● Ability to multitask and prioritize projects. ● Superb negotiation capabilities. ● Team-oriented and results-focused.
