Job Description

Job purpose: Supply high-quality medical information to the different health care professionals in compliance with professional ethics and company image. Engaging new physicians with diagnosis and treatment of patients in each therapeutic area. Based on OFAC regulations purpose of CSA activities cannot be promotional and is limited to providing scientific support to HCPs, following safety issues, and disease awareness activities. Duties: ● Identify customers and manage awareness increasing of assigned diseases to the target doctors to achieve monthly quarterly and annual targets. ● Regular visits of pharmacies to monitor product availability and accessibility. ● Understand fully internal procedures and develop weekly/monthly visit plans in consultation with the Team leader. ● Maintain product and scientific knowledge to build and maintain ongoing scientific supports to customers. ● Implement ongoing update of customers’ profiles. ● Keep in touch with opinion leaders to receive their feedback on scientific topics and safety issues (e .g ADR). Report any relevant information to the Team leader and follow Company procedures and best practices. ● Do any other tasks as assigned depending on the need and maintain consistency with Company’s values in all public relations. ● Coordinate and plan group activities in line with OFAC regulations. ● Joint visit with junior CSA. ● Supervisory responsibility /managing junior CSA under Team leader supervision. ● Present fully scientific concepts for KOLs. ● Act as a leader and organize events and meetings in line with internal procedures and OFAC regulations (no sponsorship). ● Abide by the requirements of the internal code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the company. ● Take personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by the Company, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role, Company Policies, and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken. ● Escalate any decisions, or seek the support of colleagues or management if personal knowledge and understanding are not at the level required to carry out any part of the role. ● Support and conform to company safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. ● Report any accident, incident, or near miss, whether it be of personal injury or property damage. ● Assist in the investigation of accidents with the objective of introducing measures to prevent a recurrence. ● Thoroughly read all safety documentation issued by the company and comply with its requirements. ● Escalate any doubts or uncertainties to their supervisor and/or manager.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical, Medical, or Paramedical Sciences. ● At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical jobs. ● Sense of human relations, capability to work in a team, independence and initiative, task orientation, technical knowledge, hardworking, and integrity, communication, and negotiation effectiveness. ● Time and stress management skills. ● Ability to accept and learn from criticism. ● Able to travel for the job assignment when needed. ● Good command of English (Speaking and writing).
