Job Description

The cLEAN® Partner is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives by using various lean methods to ensure high efficiency and productivity in local manufacturing in Tehran. The cLEAN® Partner is supporting the organization by analyzing, developing, and implementing process improvements. ● Implementing, training, and coaching cLEAN® tools (PS production system). ● Be a key player in improving unit cost, OEE, deviations, lead time, and Productivity. ● Support management to identify improvement opportunities and solutions. ● Support and coach the use of shop floor management tools, daily diary, leader standard work, go-and-see, systematic problem solving and process confirmation, process, and value stream. ● Ensure Lean improvements are anchored in the line of business and share best practices with the global organization. ● Be the LMT site representative in the global cLEAN® network. ● Coach or drive cLEAN® improvement projects (1Star and 2Star level). ● Execute global cLEAN® academy activities. ● Prepare relevant training material for cLEAN® training in collaboration with global cLEAN®.

Requirements

● Fluency in English (written and verbal). ● Attentiveness, data collection, Analytical thinking, and problem-solving. ● Agile, fast learner, and highly organized. ● High level of communication skills and stakeholder management.
