Requirements
● Experience in the formation of an insurance program for energy companies (energy package insurance).
● Understanding of insurance processes, including the preparation of the insurance plan, tender procedures, risk components, optimal coverage of the object, etc.
● Experience of participation in claims settlement.
● Fluent in English, knowledge of specialized terminology (Insurance, Oil, and Gas).
● Ability to become a function leader: identify gaps, optimize, build processes, and write instructions.
