The operations team is responsible for coordinating all the behind-the-scenes processes of buying from Meghdad IT. The members of this team strive to achieve one goal: to create a fast, secure, and enjoyable online shopping experience for shoppers.
Roles:
● Sending orders to users at the selected time and place.
● Creating content and also controlling the quality of image, video, and text content on the Meghdad IT website.
● Conducting customer affairs and dealing with all matters related to buyers.
● Performing after-sales service.
