Chief Accountant

Job Description

- Managing and Supervising day to day operations in the Accounts Division. - Ensure that all accounting documents are properly booked. - Prepare Financial Statements in line with the Group guidelines monthly, interim and yearly book closing. - Liaise with the Auditors. - Liase with Tax advisor and Tax Departement. - Preparation of financial reports as per the Iranian Accounting Standard - Ensure the accuracy of costing - Analyse any cost deviation compared to previous months - Assist in budget control. - Ensure bank accounts are reconciled. - Ensure fixed assets of the company are protected through proper recording and verification. - Ensure of physical asset inventory and reconciliation of physical asset inventory. - Managing, supervising and assisting in the preparation of the financial and management reports and statements as per the group guidelines. - Ensure financial and accounting accuracy. - Follow up on daily cash flow and prepare weekly and monthly treasury forecast. - Participate in quarterly stock counting. - Preparation all the related reports relates to audit and tax ministry - Directs and coordinates the establishment of budget programs. - Coordinates tax reporting programs and investor relations activities. - Analyzes, consolidates, and directs all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports. - Evaluates and recommends business partnering opportunities. - Establishes and maintains contacts with stockholders, financial institutions, and the investment community. - Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure - Managing budgets - Developing and managing financial systems/models - Supervising staff - Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues
