Job Description

Customer (Trade) Marketing: ● Develop new trade loyalty and retention solutions by generating a full-scope customer experience. ● Analyze and optimize the full range of customer marketing activities. ● Develop and execute sales playbook components, channel strategy, and dynamic updates of 4Ps for customer marketing. ● Devise customer acquisition and retention strategy for (the assigned portfolio/category) in alignment with sales along with continuous sales training/onboarding and developing trade marketing tools. Shopper Marketing: ● Develop shopper marketing programs for a defined set of retail partners: uncovering the core shopper insights, setting objectives, creating the strategy, developing and executing the plan as well as tracking success. ● Develops shopper selling stories with the aid of the head of C&S for the assigned categories. ● Establishes and demonstrates insight-oriented shopper marketing activities (sampling) in collaboration with internal or external teams. ● Devises and coordinates a variety of tactics to engage shoppers including but not limited to: display, sampling, ambiance, social media and etc. Channel Marketing: ● 50% time field visit: including stores, exhibitions, samplings, and other events; and provide hands-on support. ● Provide ongoing training on marketing initiatives/programs in conjunction with brand managers. ● Partner with the channel sales team on quarterly business reviews, projecting accountability to jointly-agreed objectives and providing ideas and suggestions to grow the business. ● Manage the development of sales enablement tools through an agency or other marketing team members. ● Collaborate with sales, BD and strategy, and marketing to craft a consistent partner communication method so that assigned brands are top-of-mind and they are receiving relevant information on our product features and benefits.

Requirements

● More than 5 years of experience in the same position. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or other related fields. ● Proficient in identifying target audiences. ● Fluent in market research skills and marketing metrics. ● Familiar with brand management fundamentals. ● Ability to budget and control financial metrics. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. ● Fluent in trade marketing principles.
