Job Description

Job Purpose : To set and create strategies and plans leading to product growth and development in various sales channels using data analysis along with the participation of sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities: ● To lead the category management process, with the participation of sales, marketing and trade marketing teams in order to increase category sales and achieve business goals. ● To define and develop the strategies and plans to provide category growth and goals based on purchaser and customer needs. ● To provide solutions/strategies for category growth in all sales channels. ● To define and plan exclusive promotions and activities for each channel to ensure market share and growth in all sales channels, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of business investments made in this field. ● To interact and participate with the marketing and business marketing executive team in order to develop POSMs for the relevant category in accordance with the investigation of category and purchaser insight towards practical solutions in stores and shops in all sales channels. ● To create the reports and dashboards through alignment and integration with the sales planning team to provide weekly and monthly category performance. ● To guide, lead, evaluate and report on "go-to-market" strategies for new products through alignment between sales, business marketing, and marketing in a way that timely action, complete launch, and optimality of the strategy will be ensured. ● To conduct and lead the monthly meeting with the team of senior managers to present the performance of the category including activities, sales, and achievements, and take the necessary measures to adjust the status of the relevant category. ● To participate in face-to-face meetings with key customers to improve category performance in stores and execute category management plans.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or other related fields. ● At least 7 years of experience. ● Fluent in sales and marketing principles. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office. ● Fluent in presentation principles. ● Fluent in English. ● Fluent in project management, data analysis software, and data analysis. ● Fluent in systemic thinking. ● Accountability. ● Leadership abilities. ● Outcome-oriented. ● Effective communication skills. ● Consumer-oriented. ● People management and team-making (teamwork) skills.
