
Job Description
We are looking for a Talent for our company who is expected to play a role as chain stores sales Expert -Implement and monitor defined KPIs such as visibility, availability, planogram, etc. within national key account stores -Visiting Chain Stores and taking orders to their stock-level and shelves -Supervise the efficiency of cash flow and on-time payment of accounts along with monitoring the off-take of products in stores and provide solutions -Accountable for Key account development projects, Trade-Marketing activities, competition activities, product launches and other relevant Key account projects -Generate information and provide insight regarding the customer’s business/ capabilities/ trends -Close monitoring of the competition for contingency plan preparation -Prepare different types of report regarding market situation, competitor activities and other required information based on request of top management -Setting slow moving SKUs promotional strategies to boost company's revenue and Finding new markets in this sales channel for
Requirements
-At least 5 years of experience in sales/distribution industry with similar environment -FMCG experience in modern trade is a must and familiarity with all chain stores all over the country. -Design and analyze promotion schemes and able to provide activity information -Excellent negotiation skills, strong outstanding communication & interpersonal and follow up skills. -Excellent ICDL and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,) -Excellent customer orientation, networking skills and attitude and familiar with sales metrics and KPIs
