
Job Description
• Coordinating management office activity • Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) • Follow up on the status of requested duties/ tasks for the CEO. • Manage and organize internal and external meetings, greet and manage reception of guests • Act as the CEO’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. • Prepare agenda for meetings, MOM if requested. • Plans events and activities related to management office. • Prepare confidential and sensitive documents. • Available on phone and email in holidays and Non-Working hours
Requirements
• BA/BS Preferably in management or engineering • Age Range: 30+ • Must have a fundamental understanding of the principles and concepts of secretarial work. • Must be familiar with administrative tasks and procedures. • Good knowledge of ICDL (capable of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). • Make optimum use of time, attentive with attention to details. • Must be able to maintain confidentiality, trustworthy and excellent work skills. • Cordial and friendly attitude toward others with excellent interpersonal relations. • Excellent teamwork skills & communication skills. • Persian and English typing skills. • Very good command of written and spoken English. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines • Ability to cope with stressful ambiance, Flexible, Creative and Patient
