Job Description

● Welcoming visitors and clients. ● Scheduling appointments and meetings, in accordance with CEO's schedule. ● Answering phone and providing prioritized call list to CEO, giving information to callers, taking messages, or transferring calls. ● Handling correspondence, and reporting to the CEO. ● Coordinating conferences and meetings. ● Communicating with individuals and departments, meeting arrangements when needed. ● Respecting the confidentiality of documents and all information. ● Attending before the CEO in the office and leaving after him. ● Organizing publications distribution for relevant staff. ● Bookkeeping CEO's petty cash.

Requirements

● More than 2 years of experience as a secretary or similar administrative roles. ● Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. ● Excellent time management. ● Good communication skills. ● Teamwork and organization skills. ● Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. ● Gender preference: Female. ● Ideal age range: 25 to 35 years old. ● Fluent in English.
