Job Description

IranTalent aims to hire a risk-taker and talent executive to develop one of its subsidiaries. The business unit is about serving an HR Tech product CEO subset holding to companies' Human Resources team. The right candidate must a strong experience in the field of sales, marketing, and business development. This is a full-time highly-dedicated job position for those who have eager to grow a business. Job responsibilities: ● Provide market development plan with sales goals. ● Make growth in brand, product, and market share. ● Team building and leadership. ● Motivate and lead an agile startup team. ● Execute the agreed business plan. ● Prepare a strategic product roadmap quarterly. ● Produce managerial reports to the board. ● Perform any job expected from a CEO.

Requirements

● Mastering in business planning, making market growth strategy, and B2B marketing. ● Art of team leadership. ● Understanding different aspects of e-commerce. ● Analytical thinking and planning. ● Strong ability in problem-solving and conflict resolution. ● Minimum 12 years of experience (at least 6 years managerial experience). ● Ability to give 3 to 5 years of work commitment. The following abilities will be considered as advantages: ● Experience in establishing a business in the past. ● Experience with market growth. ● Age range: 30 to 45 years old. ● Proficiency in English. ● Related education in the field.
