Job Description


We are looking for a coordinator for our group CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage CEO and top-executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Oversee the performance of the clerical and services staff.
  • Collect and prepare information for internal and external communications and correspondences.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Expertise in MS Office.
  • At least 4 years of related experience (proven experience as an EA, Office Assistant, or other relevant administrative support experience).
  • Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • High level of flexibility.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Thorough attention to detail.
