Job Description

● Lead and organize the CEO's office. ● Prioritize and advance multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Collect and prepare the required information and prepare reports and statistical tables. ● Plan and coordinate meetings of the CEO inside and outside the office prepare documents and meet requirements. ● Prepare and complete the forms of the minutes and archives keep them and also follow the affairs assigned to the people based on the minutes of the meetings. ● Perform any executive duties assigned by the CEO. ● Follow up on the implementation of the company's instructions and work procedures. ● Communicate with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinate logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.

Requirements

● Highly intelligent, creative, idea-making and analytical, and flexible. ● Energetic and motivated, well-mannered, positive-minded, and cheerful. ● Strong public relations, confident, and with high verbal impact power. ● Honest, trustworthy, committed, responsible, flexible, patient, and secretive. ● Fluent in English. ● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff and board members. ● Previous experience working with development. ● Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner. ● Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills. ● Knowledge of other languages and international customs is an asset. ● Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
