● Provide all supporting documents, information, and other reports as assigned by CEO and board members.
● Communicate and follow up on tasks and issues and manage relationships with stakeholders in order to facilitate CEO communications.
● Organize meetings and arrange appointments.
● Prepare letters, presentations, and reports.
● Perform administrative activities, handling, and follow-up of correspondences and documentation.
● Handle CEO guests, customers, and clients.
Requirements
● At least 2 years of related experience.
● Well organized, punctual, multitask, responsible, team working behavior, and conflict solving.
● Ability to work with multiple teams and prioritize each task.
● Bachelor's degree.
● Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
● Strong organizational skills.
● Self-motivated.
