Job Description
● Design and prepare required management reports.
● Do administrative correspondence in both English and Persian.
● Carry out clerical affairs, preparing minutes of meetings, agenda of meetings, and preparing the required documents.
● Coordinate between CEO and CEOs, employees, customers, and other external partners.
● Transmit messages and information with high accuracy to the CEO and respond and report the flow of information.
● Manage and arrange CEO meetings.
● Supervise the performance of other office workers.
● Prepare all information in emails, reports, and telephones in the specified format.
● Set the minutes in both English and Persian.
● Correspondence and contacts in direct contact with the CEO.
● Organize and maintain the administrative archive system related to the CEO.
● Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO.
● Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agenda, reports, special projects, and other documents in line with the goals of the organization (in both English and Persian).
● Answer phone calls and emails outside of business hours.
