Job Description

● Be a partner to the CEO and help leverage the CEO’s time by performing various duties based on the shifting and growing needs of the CEO and the company. ● Directing and coordinating the CEO’s daily priorities, appointments, calendar, tasks, meetings, deadlines, etc. ● Being present in events, conferences and workshops. ● Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and Internal or external requests. ● Providing support in line with CEO’s work routines and preferences. ● Monitoring the CEO's agenda, managing the phone, e-mail traffic. ● Preparing Internal or external meeting. ● Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. ● 3-5 years of experience assisting at the executive level. ● Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ● A very strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. ● Exceptional planning, time management and organizational skill. ● Fluent in English (Written and Verbal).
