Job Description

● Deal with agents and surveyors for each discharge and loading. ● Check vessel report and voyage costs. ● Plan terminals and storage. ● Provide freight and bunkering costs to the commercial team. ● Update the storage inventory file. ● Update vessel daily report file. ● Communicate with the accounting team for related invoices payment. ● Assign agent, and surveyor before the vessel arrived at load port and disport. ● Report storage stock to the commercial team to enable them to plan cargo. ● Follow up with masters, agents, and surveyor terminals to make sure everything is in order to operate for load and discharge. ● Update storage inventory to management, after each discharge and loading.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marine (experience in Oil and Gas operations can be an advantage). ● A high degree of confidentiality and dependability. ● Flexibility with high adaptability. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Good command of English skills, written and oral. ● Ability to work 24/7 and under pressure. ● High level of expertise in Microsoft Office, mainly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
