Job Description

● Designing, developing and customizing business and system processes and creating relevant documentation and workflows. ● Analyzing and measuring current processes and identifying operational flaws and improvement opportunities with KPIs to measure critical success factors. ● Facilitating and optimizing all existing process workflows for the upcoming IT transformation/Automation.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or relevant fields. ● Previous working experience as a Business Process Analyst or Auditor or similar areas for at least 2 years. ● Active listening skills and ability to form productive relationship. ● Outstanding communication skills and Interdepartmental collaboration. ● Data-driven approach and great analytical skills. ● Having a good command of English.
