Job Description

● Agree with the top manager on the project plan including locations, capacities, and operations requirements based on validated scenarios about market size and growth, competition, consumers, and Kalleh's strategic objectives. ● Make sure that production facilities are being built and brought into operation according to plan, within agreed timings and cost budgets, and conforming to agreed quality specifications. ● Make a business plan for products. ● Coordinate the different functions to achieve the objectives. ● Follow up the production for an industrial project. ● Purchase for supplier development. ● Report to the top manager on the progress on timing, cost, and contribution to growth.

Requirements

● Broad knowledge of sales, marketing, R&D, and operations (supply chain, production, and purchase). ● At least 3 years of experience at a similar seniority level in the chocolate business. ● Team builder. ● Fluent in project management. ● Excellent results orientation. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Presentation skills. ● Strong personality, able to lead and motivate others in a difficult corporate environment. ● Fluent in English. ● R&D knowledge for product development, formula, and packaging. ● Marketing knowledge for packaging, advertising, and product launches. ● Sales knowledge of the route to market approach, customer target, pricing, and promotion policy. ● Supply chain knowledge for the capacity check, and production policy. ● Finance knowledge for cost and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis of the project.
