● At least 3 years of experience at a similar seniority level in the chocolate business.

● Strong personality, able to lead and motivate others in a difficult corporate environment.
● Fluent in English.
● R&D knowledge for product development, formula, and packaging.
● Marketing knowledge for packaging, advertising, and product launches.
● Sales knowledge for the route to market approach, customer target, pricing, and promotion policy.
● Supply chain knowledge for the capacity check, and production policy.
● Finance knowledge for cost and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis of the project.
