● Examine new opportunities in current and potential markets.
● Prepare a comprehensive budget that delivers the greatest value to the business.
● Leverage market data to drive company growth.
● Keep detailed records of daily revenue and cash flow at the business site and control business P&L.
● Report to higher management when the business is over budget or not reaping expected profits.
● Work with other managers and key departments of the organization such as Marketing, technical R&D, supply chain, graphic designing, financial, production, and especially sales and distribution channels.
● Negotiate, renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives.
● Create a long-term business strategy.
● Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
● Prepare a business plan and business model with the cooperation of the marketing team.
● Integrate supply chain and sales to enhance product profitability.
