Job Description

Narvan is in search of a highly skilled business manager to join our team and help us develop our business. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future. Responsibilities: ● Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth. ● Analyze market and competitors and make decisions in financial fields. ● Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing campaigns. ● Prepare reports and presentations for top managers of the group and persuade them to collaborate on the developed programs.

Requirements

● Proven working experience as a business development manager in a startup atmosphere. ● Familiar with the financial industry and investment. ● Project management and organizational skills. ● A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. ● Creativity and problem-solving skills. ● Communication and negotiation skills. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management, Management, or an MBA graduate.
