Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Computer, or Information Science; a Master's degree is preferred.
● Passionate about data and solving business problems.
● Good analytical mindset and skills with attention to detail and a well-organized, structured approach to work.
● Knowledge of data modeling.
● Proficiency in Python and PyData tools (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, etc.).
● Acquaintance with SQL Query Language.
● Mathematical and statistical understanding.
● At least a couple of years of experience dealing with data/analytical challenges.
● Having Proficiency in MS Excel.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work well with business users to scope projects, identify requirements and deliver data-driven results to meet their needs.
● Passionate about task quality.
● Good organizational skills and ability to work towards tight deadlines.
