Job Description
● Develop and run the BI roadmap. ● Data administration of OLTP and OLAP databases. ● Data architecture for the enterprise data warehouse, and data marts. ● Business requirements and design for BI/DW projects. ● Data sourcing and transformation (extract, transform, and load). ● Report development, analytics, and data exploration. ● Performance tuning/system optimization. ● Guidance for the adoption and usage of the BI/DW platform. ● Subject matter expertise regarding current systems and emerging technology. ● Enterprise data standards and compliance within the organization.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience. ● At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence roles with similar goals and accountabilities. ● Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver business value through data. ● Experience analyzing high volumes of data for multiple purposes in a dynamic environment. ● Practical experience working with Agile project management methodologies. ● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ● Excellent command of SQL and BI platforms e.g. Qlik and Power BI. ● Experience with Data Warehouse solutions. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to navigate all levels of an organization to find the right answer. ● Ability to resolve all manner of projects on your own or with the help of people of other functions. ● Best use of external suppliers' capabilities to drive the BI project portfolio. ● Good English communication skills.
