Job Description
● Compiling and updating the organizational governance system, as well as monitoring its application within the organization. ● Managing how to obtain services from the IFS support team and guiding the plan to raise the organization's IFS penetration rate. ● Participating in the definition, development, organization, administration, and execution of excellence plans and improvement projects in order to foster organizational coherence, convergence, and synergy. ● Managing the design and implementation of the organization's macrostructures and macro processes. ● Benchmarking, analysis, and design initiatives in the disciplines of structures, processes, and information systems. ● Spreading the culture and behavioral principles of excellence throughout the company.
Requirements
Education: ● Bachelor’s, preferably, Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management. Experience: ● Minimum 10 years of experience in business operations, excellence, and/or management consulting. Knowledge and skills: ● Excellent leadership skills. ● Understanding concepts of organizational excellence. ● Understanding complex organizational architecture. ● Able to leverage information systems to the benefit of process integration. ● Able to propose and promote creative ideas for solving organizational problems. ● Strong sense of analytical and systematic thinking, process improvement, and problem-solving. ● Fluent in English. ● Familiar with IFS. Behavioral qualities: ● Able to lead and deliver change in a complex multi-disciplined organization. ● Detail-oriented and eager to learn. ● Speech skills and presentation. ● Planning and organizing. ● Adaptation management.
