Job Description

At Agah Group we are looking for a Business Development Specialist to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers and partners. Responsibilities ● Build long-term trusting relationships with clients. ● Present our company to potential clients and partners. ● Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services. ● Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. ● Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails and etc. ● Stay up-to-date with new services and new payment plans. ● Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction. ● Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.

Requirements

● Experience with CRM software. ● Track record of achieving sales quotas. ● Ability to deliver engaging presentations. ● Understanding of sales performance metrics. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ● Master's degree in Marketing, MBA, or relevant fields. ● Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques. ● Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. ● Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts). ● 2 years of work experience as a Business Development Specialist, Account Executive, or similar positions.
