Job Description

● Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity. ● Developing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. ● Organizing and coordinating operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity. ● Preparing budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements. ● Managing contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. ● Predicting resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. ● Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. ● Setting the right price for the service and making sure it is always competitive. ● Continuously reviewing the business needs, defining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks ● Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. ● Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. ● Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. ● Participating in development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning. ● Implementing recommendations to improve processes and procedures. ● Reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments. ● Overseeing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the organization.
