● Collect information/insight about the market players, trends and sales opportunities, and leads.
● Analyze trends and developments about the existing and possible clients in collaboration with sales support or on the basis of collected information.
● Trace new/existing market opportunities.
● Look for possibilities for expansion
● Develop influence and lobby customers’ organizations, visiting corporate clients and distributors regularly.
● Develop, analyze and choose the most suitable offers for cooperation and business growth with the support of the solution, technical and operation departments.
● Present and promote new offers with the support of the marketing department.
● Monitor loyalty action plan and improve customer satisfaction.
● Support management for commercial negotiations (provide information, analyses, and presentations).
● Inform and explain the company contract conditions to the clients.
● Close the deals.
● Submit offer confirmations and ensure client subscription to sales support or service delivery.

● Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook) skills.
