● Responsible for business development and sales planning to ensure profitability and gain more market share in the FMCG industry.
● Set sales target to the sales channel.
● Analyze the previous marketing and sales campaigns and suggest better plans for future campaigns.
● Monitor promotional trends and competitor actions by category, sub-category, and priority channels.
● Explore new opportunities from regular field visits and trade drives.
● Prepare market research report on competitors, customer activities (Bench Marking and Price Tracking file), and data analysis to identify sales opportunities with promotional ideas and material.
● Hold regular sales team meetings to develop sales, train, advance marketing goals.
● Weekly market visits in the capital, monthly market visits in provinces are necessary.
● Develop projects to utilize potential growth in Speed's coverage area, across all distributor’s areas.
● Deploy initiatives, promotions, KPI sales, by brands, channels, and SKU.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Industrial engineering, or MBA.
● Preferably without work experience and with related education.
