Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for creating and pulling complex reports and performing various types of analysis so management can stay informed on permitting cycle times, costs, and volumes.
Responsibilities:
● Research, analyze, and interpret complex data, develop alternatives, and present findings and recommendations in support of the business unit and corporate operations.
● Manage and/or administer key activities in support of specific programs and/or large projects.
● Monitor expenditures for assigned programs/projects.
● Performs cost/benefit and trend analysis for assigned programs/projects.
● Develop and/or revise departmental program policies, procedures, processes, and guidelines to satisfy company and regulatory requirements.
● Act as a consultant to management on specific programs and/or functional areas.
Gathers documents and researches data on assigned topics, using databases, files, spreadsheets, or other sources.
● Create and prepare analysis and recommendations based on information from internal and external sources.
● Assist in the creation and maintenance of records, logs, documents, files, or databases for use in monitoring, tracking, and trending program/project costs, resources, schedules, and status for management.
