Job Description
● Gather, validate, and document business information.
● Monitor business performance in different KPIs and areas and analyze the results to detect the gaps and define proper action plans to cover those gaps.
● Analyze different areas of the business to find available opportunities and consequently, define proper sales plans to utilize those opportunities.
● Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning.
● Develop reporting and analytical support for the senior leaders, and people managers, with a focus on self-service reporting and dashboards.
● Perform testing, documenting, reporting, analysis, task fulfillment, and daily communication of improvement project objectives.
● Problem solving with various stakeholders.
● Manage assigned projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
● Develop ideas to address issues arising that may enhance or renew service offerings to customers.
